Data source
Use either option below — whichever you use most recently becomes the active data source for everyone. There's no need to use both; pick whichever is easier for your team to keep up to date.
Option A — Upload an Excel file (Job Balancing export, or the Ageing report — detected automatically)
Option B — Connect a Google Sheet
Paste your sheet's share link below. In Google Sheets: Share (top right) → General access → "Anyone with the link" → Viewer → Done — then paste the link here.
Option C — Connect your software (automatic)
Enter the software link and a login. The server logs in by itself, downloads the reports you choose for the date range you choose, and overwrites the stored data every time the refresh interval passes. Minimum interval is 1 hour. Use a read-only user if your software allows it.
Accounts
Accounts for this app are set as environment variables on your hosting platform (e.g. Render → your service → Environment tab, or in your server's .env file) — there's no user database to manage here.
